The following is a list of characters who are part of the LGBT community in The Walking Dead. There are a ton of LGBTQ characters in ‘The Walking Dead’ universe – in the comics, the main TV series, and all the spin-off shows – so I’m bringing you the ultimate list of all 27 LGBTQ characters in ‘The Walking Dead’ franchise.

There's no such thing as "you just know" unless it's the person themselves referring to themselves. People assume characters are straight all the time and nobody cares, CONFIRMED gay characters still get backlash from audiences. The vast majority of gay people spend their entire lives with people assuming their straight. In part 3 of our deep dive into LGBTQIA representation in The Walking Dead our panel talks about their favorite LGBTQIA characters.

It’s appropriate here to mention Jesus and Tara, both from. Sheriff Deputy Rick Grimes wakes up from a coma to learn the world is in ruins and must lead a group of survivors to stay alive. Juliana Harkavy [Alisha] Nadia Hilker [Magna] Alanna Masterson [Tara Chambler] Eleanor Matsuura [Yumiko Okumura] Merritt Wever [Denise. I played the first game when she was a little girl.

I'm not interested in playing the rest, but was curious if the main character girl forgot her name becomes gay. I'm not sure I see what the big deal is with Clementine being confirmed as bisexual. People keep trying to argue that it should be up to the player, but we've never had full control over who these characters are, only SOME influence over SOME of their actions. It's not like it's a game with a character you fully generated yourself.

There are non-determinant dialogues and actions that the player has no control over. Not to mention two seasons in which we didn't even play as Clementine. I think the choice to make her bisexual is pretty logical and appropriate to the plot, actually. Clementine was 8 years old when the apocalypse started, she has grown up in a time when people probably aren't even discussing anyone's sexual preferences because it is pretty irrelevant.

As such, she likely wouldn't have strong opinions on the subject and any attraction she developed would likely be based on the person, rather than their gender identity. I am also curious why anyone thinks this is a move to "jump on" any sort of "bandwagon", when the game series has been loaded with diversity from day one. The fact that you play a person of color in each of the games, that there tends to be a high ratio of characters that are not white, as well as a high ratio of female characters, and that we've had a couple instances of gay characters already, doesn't say to me that they are doing anything other than what they've always done.

It only depends on your choices. Nothing is forced. Being bi-sexual is apparently "based on your choices. Let you all rage about this.
